SIR: AGUIRRE CEBERIO By virtue of your mediation in that micro-network of brothers of yours in Madrid, Spain, we send you this letter. Please convey our respectful greetings to Antonia, your YIE.

 

Through your brother Jiménez Maruhenda (Luís), resident in Alicante, Spain, we have learned of some talks and discussions, whose invitation leaflets he sent to other brothers of yours, and of whose printed programme, setting out timetables and the topics to be presented, we have a photograph in our possession.

 

Undoubtedly, if those talks and discussions refer to our civilization they interest us intensely, and that is the reason for this text.

 

We regret that there are no brothers of ours in Spain. Were it otherwise, we would no doubt have found the means to be present in person or, should that involve insuperable difficulty because of the risk of identification, by using our technological means of capturing image and sound.

 

But since we keep a discreet watch on the correspondence and telephone channel of you, Mr Aguirre Ceberio, and of your brothers Farriols and Jiménez, we learn of you from time to time, and we are extremely glad to receive news of your Spanish brothers, whom we do not value less than your other brothers of Canada, France, Australia, Poland and other nations of Earth, friends of our micro-network of brothers of ours from Ummo.

 

Before continuing our text, a modest plea which your honourableness will know how to satisfy with honest devotion.

 

You may read these typewritten lines and transcribe word for word, on another typewriter, the textual fragments marked in their master copy by a vertical black line, which could in turn be reproduced by reprographic techniques.

 

Take care afterwards to destroy these original sheets by burning. They contain a remainder of text that we do not wish to see duplicated and circulated, since it might hurt the feelings of other humans of OIAAGAA.

 

We have instructed a sister of yours in Madrid to deliver this letter personally, to coincide with the dates 19 and 20 of the Month February March of 1983 on which you are holding those discussions.

 

We have preferred that route in order to avoid possible interception by a non-Spanish Agency interested in capturing our letters.

 

Through the telephone directory and calls, we know that the director of the Colegio Mayor de San Agustín is named Manuel Álvarez, by profession an Augustinian Catholic monk, who appears in the text of the announcement as a co-participant on 20 MARCH. As a Catholic monk, we entrust to him the receipt of this letter without risk of suspicion and of possible leaks to other media.

 

We wish in this way to be present on this occasion, if not in physical body, at least in symbolic image, respectful towards you and all your honourable brothers who will accompany you on those luminous days.

 

We would fervently wish, Mr Aguirre, that although this letter is addressed to you, it should be read aloud to other brothers by your brother Farriols Calvo, so dear to my brothers. We beg you, then, to grant him this distinction of preferential reading.

 

And now accept this brief message.

 

Honourable humans of Earth gathered in Madrid.

 

You are probably asking yourselves: why do they, the humans of Ummo, not send more messages?

 

The answer would appear densely endowed with complex reasons of different kinds. It is obvious that the cause does not lie in absence, for we are on this cold Star of Earth (OIAAGA), although an interval of time in 1982 passed without our presence, and we leave this Star periodically.

 

In previous messages we outlined reasons still valid, relating to the risk of causing you serious harm. You are passionate without wishing to be, and show a tendency to turn into a cult a globule of structured data about a civilization, forgetting that you must be faithful to your own culture, to your own civilization, without spurious interference that might injure the historical course of your Social network.

 

In your Manichaean approaches a double tendency is revealed:

Either you will show sceptical attitudes rejecting our version -an attitude that deserves applause for its logical formulation, but if it arises in this way there is no reason on our part to go on maintaining a channel of information that will systematically be rejected and scorned as fraudulent- or else a second segment of your brothers will adopt mental postures of submission, veneration, astonishment and sharpened compulsion towards the exalted assimilation of our own cultural coordinates.

 

This entails contempt for the ancestral forms of the native Philosophy, Religion, Science and History of Earth; contempt for the cultural heritage accumulated in the BUAUUE BIAEI over the course of many centuries by the network of homo sapiens sapiens.

 

Never, friends of Oiiaagaa, commit such a disturbing act. Never exchange a body of information painfully added up over successive generations for foreign forms of thought, even if, like ours, they are the fruit of intellectual elaboration generated by better restructured encephalic masses.

 

This idea may seem fallacious to us. How -you will say meanwhile- can philosophical, political, scientific and technological forms like ours be better, full of serious biases, heterogeneous and contradictory, riddled with errors, at times saturated with dogmatic propositions not grounded in rational logic? How can forms of political orientation be better which attack the most elementary ethical principles linked to freedom, principles that plunge huge segments of Society into hunger, the accumulation of means in few hands and the marginalization of your less gifted and intelligent brothers? How can a Science and a technology aimed to some extent at the destruction of the ecological environment make us happy?

 

It is hard to understand, but the solution to your ills does not lie in listening to messianic messages from humans of other cold Stars, whom you call extraterrestrials. Your mythification of our distant civilizations is fallacious and dangerous. You are looking for a new Parousia whose redeemer is the hieratic and sublime figure of the idealized homo of the Cosmos, the intelligent and powerful Extraterrestrial bearer of the therapeutic balm, who, possessing an advanced technology, a prodigiously advanced science and an irreproachable moral ideology, will come to you to pull you out of the deep pit in which you find yourselves sunk.

 

That is the reason why we and other beings who have come to explore you pass through your skies and tread your soil structures without hardly addressing a word to you, silently, hardly attempting any transfer of data through any channel of information.

 

Although we know the identity of some of the civilizations that visit you, we have sufficient reasons to assure you that a direct intervention in your evolutionary course is unlikely.

 

Some will experiment with you for physiological-analytical purposes, and others, among whom we include ourselves, will confine ourselves, as we explained to you on previous occasions, to a broad and aseptic study both of the morphological features of this star and of its biosphere and the human social fabric in its historical development.

 

Do not, then, expect help. We know that this proposition is extremely disheartening and hard, as if formulated by heartless and dehumanized beings. But it is a realistic answer, in keeping with the most impeccable logic.

 

It is you who must solve, in solidarity, the pressing problems that torment you. To copy our model of society or that of another exobiotic civilization would only provoke more violent distortions, catastrophic imbalances more destabilizing than those you suffer today! But do you really believe that if we made ourselves known in order to offer you our own guidelines, based on a refined ethic founded on fraternity and solidarity among the members of the network, all the rest of your brothers, the different nationalities and creeds, would agree to keep to the political, religious and social model in force in Ummoaelewee (the present Government)?

 

For a social model is either accepted in its entirety, or, if it undergoes biases, accepting some conditions and omitting the rest, it cannot be operative. How can religious reluctance and ideological fanaticisms rooted in the deepest part of your neuronal system be overcome?

 

How can one overcome emotionally charged resistances, associated with ideologies acquired from childhood, in the face of which any logical argument challenging them arouses anger, psychophysical discomfort, uncontrolled hatred and a multitude of passionate experiential evocations?

 

Ask a Marxist to give up his historical-materialist conceptions, assimilated after long days of study. Ask an evangelical Christian to revise his concepts about the historicity of the biblical texts. Demand of a Hindu that he modify his views on his reincarnationist dogmas, or of a Roman Catholic that he restructure his ideas on the primacy of Peter or transubstantiation.

 

It is certain that many would do so, adapting to the new schemes under the tremendous influence of a teaching imparted under the testimony of the authority of us, beings coming from another galactic point. But at once you would observe the reluctance of great masses, embedded in the old models, resisting with all their strength.

 

Would you resort to force to impose a foreign set of rules, difficult to assimilate in the course of a single generation? Then you would behave like cruel dictators who violate the most elementary principles of freedom.

 

And we, believe us, cannot violate this moral principle either. Good can never be imposed by force, but only through the weapons of conviction.

 

There are no magic formulas to transform a society in full evolutionary process, to provoke a mutation that would affect simultaneously all the subjects or members of the whole of the social network. Mutations are provoked on chains of nucleotides not only when they suffer the enzymatic aggression ¿? of external agents, or the violent inclusion of other coded sequences coming from viral specimens, but following patterns of acceptance or rejection controlled by the information contained in the BUAUEE BIAEEII (collective Soul).

 

Expressed in other phonemes, the evolution of organic beings is governed by oriented self-control mechanisms. Let us choose, for didactic purposes, the example of your prehominids. They are bound together by a mass of information that we call BUAUUE BIAEI (translate: collective Soul). It is the sum of the data obtained by the sense organs of those beings and processed by their respective brains. They have no books, yet the set of lived experiences remains not only engrammed in their brains but coded in that B.B. (collective Soul).

 

In turn, that enormous mass of data interacts with the evolutionary mechanisms to improve the species. That information does not by itself produce a favourable mutation. It acts on a chain of krypton atoms which in turn modulate the function of polypeptide chains in the cell nucleus of a gamete: enzymatic polypeptide chains which, as the case may be, curb or facilitate the mutagenic agent that acts by chance.

 

Suppose that those hominoid beings have discovered, among all the members of the species, that it is useful for them to develop certain zones of the cerebral cortex of the temporal lobe that allow them to process information for mathematical symbolization. Naturally that discovery is not conscious but collective. It is the lack of that function that hampers their ability to fight other predators.

 

The collective BUAUEE BIAEEII codes this need and waits for the opportunity. If some mutagenic factor, such as a high-energy cosmological proton penetrating the atmosphere, strikes the nucleus of the gamete and goes straight to disturb the DNA sequence destined to generate enzymes which, in embryogenesis, direct the formation of a neuronal web in that brain zone, other “valve” molecules will act as a screen, or will deflect or ratify, as the case may be, the action of that factor.

 

Naturally, Mr Aguirre Ceberio, that modulating function is not always effective, and sometimes the mutation is retrograde, reducing the species derived from that gamete to a physiological form unfit for survival, with the teratological consequences you well know.

 

But the overall tendency, over a spaced-out set of affected gametes, is eugenic, that is, generative of individuals more favoured in their organic constitution. These will be able to accumulate better the information of their cosmological framework, integrating it again into the BUAUEE BIAEII, which in turn will rectify future mutations.

 

This is a slow process in time, seen from our perspective as humans. We, a people older than yours, have achieved more elaborate reticular nervous formations.

 

But the brain of the human of OYAGAA, if we except that of certain mutated individuals who among you pass for specimens of high intelligence and moral quality, is an encephalon that retains excessive reticular nervous areas of its primitive savage ancestors.

 

These remnants of animality make the human of OYAGAA a genuine savage animal interwoven with features of rationality. I beg you not to judge this statement as an insult to your species, but as a biological definition of a selfhood for which you are not to blame, just as the child or adolescent is not to blame for his scant development on the road to becoming an adult.

 

The whole sum of sufferings you experience stems from this biogenetic reality, and neither great speeches nor the marvellous models -for you!- of exobiotic beings like us would fit a humanity that still enjoys torturing defenceless beings, killing brothers for ideological or economic reasons, or for sheer psychopathic pleasure.

 

If some other foreign being, come from another galactic biological focus and moved by pseudo-charitable feelings, chose to force evolution himself, operating on human genomes, on the nucleotide chains of some gamete, until optimizing the whole load of the code so as to allow the gestation of a perfect human being, he would provoke a biological cataclysm of a magnitude you cannot suspect.

 

There is no other therapy for you than action on the BUAUEE BIAEEII. If groups of humans break with their irrational schemes through the rational study of biological and cosmological bases, accepting moral guidelines of solidarity with the suffering of other brothers, striving to understand the mental schemes of those they talk to, transferring information through dialogue and the comparison of scientific, ideological and technological opinions, without clinging to established patterns of a dogmatic character, denouncing injustice wherever it occurs, exalting the figure of humans who stand out for their honesty and ethical integrity whatever their ideology, ... they will be contributing to enrich the heritage of that terrestrial collective consciousness associated with your social network.

 

Only thus will you be able to direct your own evolution towards increasingly intelligent brain forms, progressively endowed with greater social awareness and with the capacity to face problems of energy, distribution of resources, rational political planning, and the confinement of sick individuals -we mean human subjects with a brain prone to antisocial behaviour-.

 

But. We repeat the previous statement: this process will be long and painful.

 

Dark historical periods are approaching for humanity. The end of the species homo sapiens sapiens is not going to come about, but you are suffering a regressive stage of serious consequences. You must not blame only the sick leading men who govern the concert of nations, for they are the product of an involutive society; but the progressive period symbolized by three kind and honest humans, Nikita Khrushchev, John Kennedy and John XXIII, has turned into a truly sinister phase.

 

The present Soviet leader persists in violating the rights of the Afghan people and is preparing his prototypes of satellite delivery vehicle with a nuclear warhead guided by a helical electron beam over a beam of the Earth's magnetic flux.

 

The American premier has advanced his programme for a fission-fusion-fission, multi-vector weapon that would allow the launching of thousands of 0,3-megaton warheads in low-level flight at a height of four metres above ground level, which would be inaccessible to the radiolocation means that already allow cruise missiles to be located. These small delivery vehicles, endowed with great autonomy, would even avoid small bushes and minor rock structures.

 

The People's Republic of China continues to develop simultaneously almost obsolete nuclear weapons and a Plasma superweapon, although since November 1982 it has been trying to solve a problem of cooling the vapour of Cadmium arsenide, stalled because of its lack of suitable programming equipment. Cadmium arsenide is not the most suitable compound, and although its specialists suspect this, they fortunately persist in that line.

 

Meanwhile, the genocidal horrors of this stage are beginning to equal those caused in the decade of the forties, from 1938 onwards, in the Third Reich, with the mass murder of millions of beings disaffected to the German race.

 

The Soviet Union has used Ortho 1.2.2. Trimethyl propyl methyl phosphorus hydrate-fluorinated on guerrilla bands: a product of horrific action on the nervous system that produces terrible fatal convulsions with almost infinitesimal doses filtered into an organism not protected by a sophisticated protective suit. This constitutes a repugnant violation of the integrity of the human being.

 

Since April of the Earth year 1981 the United States has sent four thousand six hundred and forty specialists in police torture to Chile, Guatemala, Turkey, El Salvador, Haiti, Argentina and Paraguay. Some of their technical procedures include techniques such as the use of curarizing agents, such as a derivative of tubocurarine which produces horrible suffering in the unfortunate victims under interrogation.

 

In front of their own mothers, in Argentina and Salvador, in Guatemala and Chile, children six to eight years old are subjected to atrocities by these American agents, who gouge out their little eyes and inflict terrible incisions on their abdomens until their intestines are exposed.

 

You yourselves still keep your YIE (Women) in a state of humiliating servitude, marginalizing them to inadmissible extremes.

 

As long as you do not solve these problems, the dark prospect of hecatomb will hang over you.
